As you all know, L.A. Care Health Plan and Blue Shield of California Promise Health Plan, Community Resource Centers are always committed to improving the health and wellbeing of our members and the communities where they live. To continue our efforts during this time of need, we are happy to inform you all about an exciting community event that we will be hosting for our community. Our annual Back To School event will take place this coming Saturday July 25th 2020 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. During this event we distribute backpacks with school supplies to students ages 4+ and this year we have included a food pantry distribution for all families. Due to the circumstances this event will be held in a drive through format. More information is available on the attached flyer. We hope that our community takes advantage of this great event!
