NAMI Pomona Valley invites you to join us for food, support groups, and an insightful discussion about psychiatric hospitalization. Family members, friends and loved ones often have questions about what happens when someone needs to be hospitalized. What is the process for getting admitted? What happens during the course of hospitalization? How can you be supportive when someone you know is hospitalized and when they are returning home? These questions will be addressed during a presentation by Aurora Charter Oak, a psychiatric hospital located in Covina. The various treatment programs offered by the hospital will also be highlighted.
