NAMI Family to Family - a free and confidential, 8‐session education program for family, partners, friends and significant others of adults living with mental illness. The course is designed to help all family members understand and support their loved one living with mental illness, while maintaining their own well‐being.

NAMI Familia de Famila - un programa de 8 sesiones gratuitas para familiares, parejas, amigos, y seres queridos de adultos que viven con una enfermedad mental. El curso está diseñado para ayudar a toda la familia a entender y apoyar a seres queridos que viven con un trastorno mental, sin descuidar el propio bienestar del círculo familiar.

NAMI Peer to Peer - free, 8-session course for adults living with mental health challenges. NAMI Peer‐to‐Peer provides an educational setting focused on recovery that offers respect, understanding, encouragement and hope.
