Advocacy & Legislation

Dear NAMI members and AOT (Laura’s Law) families,

We are seeking two sets of AOT-involved family members and clients.

1.  Family members and clients who are participating or have participated in the Los Angeles Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program who have concerns about the quality of the delivery of treatment.  If you would like to share your experiences with the Mental Health Commission’s Los Angeles AOT Oversight Committee, please contact Mark Gale directly at the contact information below.

2.  If you are a family member or client who is a participant or participated in the past in our County AOT Program and would be open to being interviewed by a UCLA research team to assist in the compilation of outcome data and first-hand user experiences, please contact Mark Gale at the email address below.

Thank you,

Mark Gale
